Sr. Production Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor for Gulf Rope & Plastic Products Co. LLC, UAE

Gulf Rope is the Largest Manufacturers of Synthetic Ropes in the Middle East, inclusive of HDPE, PP, Nylon, PPMF, Polyester, Double Braided Ropes, Mooring ropes, Mooring Tails, Cable Fillers and Baler Twine with production capacity 1000 MT per month

Required professional candidate DME or BE Mechanical with minimum 8 to 10 years of Rope Production and Maintenance experience in Rope manufacturing unit or Rope industry. Capability of overall production handling and having computer knowledge in SAP will be preferred.

Job Description:
Maintain production schedules and ensure production deadlines are met.
Supervise down-line employees and maintain their morale.
Work in co-ordination with and report directly to the Factory Manager.
Ensuring all safety regulations are met.
Work with Planning & ensure key production targets such as Productivity, Quality and Delivery are achieved.
Prepare reports as per ISO norms and procedures.
Co-ordination with various Departments is essential.
Taking part in research and development of new products and planning.
Constantly making improvements in the production processes that would ensure savings in cost, labour, time etc.


For above position Salary depends on individual candidates qualification, experience, merits, performance and assessment during interview.


Required Candidate profile
Please find below the facilities provided to our Employees:

1. Contract with the company will be for a minimum period of 2 years, renewable thereafter with the consent of both parties. Likewise, the contract can be terminated by giving one months notice by either party.
2. Refundable Security deposit necessary towards UAE Visa cost.
3. We will provide free of cost both Food (Lunch & Dinner only) and Accommodation in our Companys Accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay outside the Company premises.
4. We will provide free medical treatment in the Companys clinic for minor illness, which will exclude Dental and Ophthalmic attention. After completion of Visa process, we will provide the Employee Health Insurance card free of charges.
5. Candidate will be entitled to annual leave as per UAE Labour Law which at present is 30 days paid leave during each year of service. Return Air Ticket will be provided up to nearest International Airport (Direct Flight) of your Home Town only once in a year.
