Manufacture of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including air conditioners

QC Inspector

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

Experience : Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing industry

First Sample testing & Approval as per Quality Control plan and standard.
Perform daily critical process audit as per defined schedule.
Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with production management and quality assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures

Auto Electrician

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Equivalent in AC / Ref

Experience : Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Manufacturing

Installation of cooling unites in trucs & delivery vans.
Fixing compressor bracket.
Carrying out maintenance activity in installed unites.
Testing of unites after installation.

Refrigeration Technician

Qualification : ITI/Diploma

Experience : Should have 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing

Attending the complaints in Refrigerator, Water cooler and Air conditioner.
Trouble shooting and attend the complaints as per the given schedule.
Complete the repairing work and make service report with the counter sign of customer.
Knowledge of refrigeration system.
