Machinist Technician: (1700 - 2000) + FOOD

Responsibility
1- Repair and replace defective parts on all equipment including compressors, diesel engines, valves, pumps and portable equipment.
2- Install new or reconditioned equipment, pumps, motors, compressors, Fin Fans, turbines, gearboxes, valves and other plant equipment used in commissioning.
3- Perform necessary operations for machinery inspection, replacement or overhaul.
4- Perform necessary operations such as Metallizing and Balancing for machinery components repair, replacement or overhauling.

5- Operate machine tools such as lathes, drilling machines, milling machines & shapes, Radial Drill Press, Hydraulic Press, Shaper, Power Hacksaw and Pedestal Grinder for the fabrication and repair of equipment parts.
6- Have the ability to troubleshoot equipment cause of failure and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
7- Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on all rotating equipment

Qualification

1- Be able to communicate in written and spoken English and have a minimum of six (6) years' experience in maintenance and repair of compressors, pumps, turbines, diesel engines, valves and other equipment.
2- Be trained machine tool operator and be able to efficiently operate basic machine tools such as lathes, drilling machines, milling machines and shapers.
3- Hold Technical School Diploma or equivalent skills, experiences or trainings certifications.
Electrical Technician: (1500 - 1800)

Responsibility
1- An Electrical Technician shall perform installation, testing, commissioning, fault diagnosis, repair and replacement of electric circuits, distribution panels, switch gears, control panels, motors, generators, lighting systems and general electrical appliances used on offshore oil producing platforms, GOSPs, shipping installation and repair boats/barges.
2- Prepare new or altered installations on all types of electrical systems, including electrical motors, appliances control circuits or lighting systems, then test runs for acceptance.
3- Locate specification sheets, manufacturer's technical data, read all kinds of blue prints and electrical diagrams as necessary to satisfactorily complete work assignments.
4- Locate equipment or systems faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostically tests, measurements and analyses. Determine nature of repairs or modifications to be made and replacement parts required.
5- An Electrical Technician shall perform isolation of electrical power source, and be able fabricate and install electrical conduits to run wiring with associated conduit fittings.
6- Be able to interpret red mark drawings and work independently with cable and conduit installation, switchgear, panel boards, cable terminations, testing procedures, and related activities.
7- Able to use, repair and maintain all electrical test equipment like oscilloscopes, meters, muggers, hi-pot testers etc. Must be familiar with electrical codes, work permit and lockout procedures.
8- Perform scheduled PM Check per PM checklist.
9- At least six (6) years' experience in the field as an electrical technician
10- Have the ability to communicate in English (both in oral and written communication)

Qualification
1- Hold Certificate/Diploma in electrical or equivalent qualification.
2- Shall have a minimum of six (6) years' experience in industrial plants.

Instrument Technician: (1700 - 2000)
  1. Should be diploma in in I&C Engineering with minimum 7-10 years of experience in Saudi / GCC
  2. Should be able to read and update red mark-up drawings
  3. Basic knowledge and experience of calibration.
  4. Conduct tasks related with maintenance and operations team.
  5. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
  6. Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
  7. Ensure to commission instrumentation effective following with repair and replacement. Loop checking.
  8. Conduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes.
  9. Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
  10. Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities.
Hydro Test Technician-5
  1. Operate, observe and read pressure and temperature gauges and charts.
  2. Document temperature and pressure readings; report any irregular reading to management
  3. Maintain all gauges, charts and other related equipment used for testing.
  4. Understanding hydraulics
  5. Use of line isolation plug tools
  6. Salary Range: Upto SR1500
Abrasive Blaster -3
  1. Prepare surface using techniques such as brushing, chipping abrasive blasting.
  2. Apply protective coating using various coating techniques such as hand application, brushing, spraying and airless spraying as per standards. All abrasive blasters must wear the mask and complete wear all.
  3. Have adequate knowledge in different types of blasting and coating standards
  4. Salary Range: Upto SR 1500
  5. Need third party certification
  6. Able to read English
Painter/ Coater -3
  1. Apply protective coating using various coating techniques such as hand application, brushing, spraying and airless spraying as per standards.
  2. Salary Range: Upto SR 1500
  3. Need third party certification
  4. Able to read English

NOTE: Aramco experienced candidates preferred and worked on Oil & Gas petrochemical industries, offshore experience will be an added advantage
