Job Description:

• Implement leasing strategy as per business plan and leasing policy.
• Identify potential clients, present company projects to them and negotiate lease agreements.
• Ensure adequate tenant mix in line with business plan.
• Anticipate any concerns from existing tenants and take required action to resolve them in order to retain them as tenants.
• Implement lease renewal and tenant retention programs.
• Develop and implement schedules for tenant activities, communications, follow-up, meetings, etc.
• Identify problem vacancies and generate strategy with team.
• Monitor the implementation of terms and conditions of lease agreements, including payment terms, quality of service, etc.
• Maintain database of existing and potential tenants.
• Obtain information on competitor pricing policy, project specifications, etc. on a consistent basis and accordingly advise to adjust leasing strategy to position company projects against the competition.
• Anticipate changing market conditions and take require action to mitigate and avoid them.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and foresees occupancy trends.
• Ensure all leasing contracts, documentation and other paperwork is adequately prepared as per the company policy and legal requirements.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready units and models.
