Development of Fleet guard filter & coolant Business Sales in Oman
- Diploma in Engineering with marketing experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in Diesel Engine Filters sales.
(Preferably in Local Market/ Gulf)
Additionally: Preference will be given to Candidates with completed certification on all Fleet guard filter training and sales certification courses
As a Field Sales Representative, the successful candidate is responsible for:
- Territory management and revenue growth through on site visits to customer sites
- Contact potential customers via visits, telephone or internet
- Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results
- Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing
- Penetrate customer at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include, traditional and non traditional accounts
- Inventory planning
Mandatory Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering with a concentration in marketing, sales, or business
- Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company
- Uses consistent business processes to achieve desired results
- Possesses exceptional communication skills including face-to-face interaction
- Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner
- Must react to changing business needs
- Proven track record with 3 to 5 years sales experience within the Replacement Diesel Engine filter business/or 7 years plus sales experience in diesel engine consumables business
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the replacement Filter Business
- Understanding of local competition, the community and market rates in order to drive results
- Ability to work individually in a fast paced environment with minimal support
- Possess solid computer experience, organizational and communicative skills
- Preferable GCC driving License.
