Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.

7-10 yrs. With SD Experience, diploma or relevant all static equipment such as – Piping, valves, exchangers, vessels, tanks, welding and fabrications in the Petrochemical/Oil and gas industry. managing day to day plant maintenance works and Shutdown works, following PM and CM works

Mechanical QC Engineer

Salary-170-180 per day

5-8 yrs. With Rotating Equipment exp+ Engineering Degree

Develop a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (including Turner’s contract, plans, specifications and applicable codes).

Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.

Implement project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project safety plan.

Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.

Understand the project execution plan and coordinate Quality Control procedures at appropriate stages of the work and in line with the project schedule.

Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the contract documents.

Site follow up with client and project team for the project requirements and directly executing work at site with project team until satisfactory completion.

• Experience in erection, testing of various field instruments like Actuators, MOV, control panels, PIT, FIT, LIT, TIT and Level, Pressure switches, etc.

• Familiar with control & monitoring systems and Equipment’s, DCS, PLCs and SCADA.

• Familiar with ARAMCO, SABIC work procedures and follow up of inspection, calibration, installation & commissioning of all type of field instruments. knowledge of instrument cable laying (main & branch cables) termination and testing, control valves, Panel/Junction Box Installation

• In-depth knowledge of data sheets, instrument drawings, single line diagram, I/O loop wiring diagrams, P and IDs, calculation, and specifications

Mechanical Rotating Engineer

Salary-170-180 per day

5-8 yrs. With Rotating Equipment exp+ Engineering Degree

Maintain safety awareness, insist on compliance with safety rules, and remotes/encourages the company Safety processes

• Supervise coordinates and manages the execution of Rotating Equipment’s LSTK projects

• Provide coordination and supervision of outside contractors or consultants used to carry out project assignments

• Supervise and coordinate major project installations and major equipment repairs during outages or turnarounds

• Analyze process equipment problems and/or failures and recommends corrective actions

• Complete project/MOC assignments

• Provide engineering for corrective action, obtain necessary approvals when required, issue written reports, and follow up to ensure proper completion

• Maintains and provides timely reports on accurate time logs, maintenance engineering projects updates, and significant activities including training, technical support, and process/project support
