- Provide Pre- sales counselling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep products by any of the customer preferred means -in-centre, online, etc
- Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
- Ensure high rate of conversion of all leads- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to be successful in achieving the performance goals.
- Advise the registered students regarding all admission servicing and match students career aspirations and academic interest, personal and financial strength with the best-suited university options.
- Responsible as a single point interface for entire admissions value chain, to assist and guide students with college shortlisting, editing and submissions, visa and post- visa formalities.
- Regularly stay in touch with students, address students and parents queries and guide them regarding documentation and application submission process and timelines.
- Organize profile building sessions with students, guide them with respect to mock score test, Internships opportunities guide them on interview preparation and complete visa process.
- Responsible for reciprocating the knowledge of regulations pertaining to international students, e.g. UK & Canada Visa Regulation and Interview Preparation Skills, etc.
- Organization and implementation of promotional activities at local institutions and Manya Centers.
- Assistance in organizing Manya exhibitions and interpretation for institutions at seminars/ exhibitions.
- Accurately & timely updating of student applications Manya database. Responsible to fulfil KPI with respect to conversion regarding customized and Partner Universities and Visa conversion target for each intake.
- Responsible for student satisfaction, assessed through CSAT score based on feedback related to overall admissions services.
- Participate in organised trainings & certification- level improvement.
- Ensure TATS and SLAs are adhered to.
