Pastry Chef for Qatar

Must have minimum five years of experience as a Pastry chef who can prepare variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet products following traditional and modern recipe. Crafting delicious desserts and confectionery, designing seasonal menus, and developing new recipes for the pastry section of our kitchen



Responsible for the planning, preparation and presentation of all pastry products as per location requirements

Control the food quality, presentation and service as per the required standards defined by the manager/superior.

Ensure that all bakery staffs have adequate operating knowledge of various bakery tools and equipment.



Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting

In depth knowledge of Food safety / HACCCP principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition

Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field



3+  years experience
