Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
Experience in various cuisine and knowledge of ingredients used in Italian/Continental/ Indian/ Chinese cooking is a must.

Analysis of Market, distribution channels, competitive products and services, pricing strategies, sales tracking and market share analysis.
In line with the business plan, explore new business development opportunities.
Generating new business by arranging Technical presentations at customers site.
Analysing the reasons for dissatisfaction of particular customer.
Possibly dealing with some major customer.
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Planning the customer and user visit schedule

Assists Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Age below 35 / Diploma or Degree / has min 5 years of experience.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service
