Marketing Manager for Cromwell UK International Education, Dubai

We have partnered with a prestigious University from the UK to provide many business management and finance related undergraduate and postgraduate degrees that are internationally recognized for career progress, higher education and migration purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the execution of marketing strategies and End-to-End Business Development.
• Design, implement & review campaigns and local marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns with maximum ROI in coordination with the management team.
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
• Penetrate and develop relationships with the corporate sector to drive executive programs
• Manage Channel Partners and admission counsellors to drive numbers
• Manage Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Teams to drive campaigns towards high results
• Responsible for overall brand management of the Company and maintaining positioning.
• Market research and continuous analysis of the market space including competition
• Continuously train the Counselling team to have the product knowledge and brand positioning.
• Develop and maintain performance driven and result oriented mindset amongst the marketing and counselling team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in handling marketing/business development in the educational industry
• Experience in the UAE/Middle East is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in student interactions, networking with Corporates, Schools, other stakeholders
• Must be Tech savvy (MS office, PPT, Excel, Google, social networking, blogging, content writing) etc.
• Ready to locate immediately
