Job Descriptions:

Experience: 3-5 yrs of experience

•          Designing and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhancing operational efficiency.
•          Responsible for fabricating the components by proper studying the drawings and as per the Customer Requirements also involved in process control, monitoring, improvements and rework analysis span
•          Involved in the preparation of critical work center schedules, monitoring the output and prepare weekly work center. Monitoring planned Vs actual manufacturing status and analyzing the details for improvements.
•          Coordinate with various functions like projects, design, Engineering, procurement
•          Proven abilities to enhance Production Process, Optimize Resources & Capacity Utilization, Escalate the Productivity & operational efficiencies, while curtailing costs and expenses.
•          Responsible for 100% achievement of production and dispatch plan according to marketing requirement aligned Quality standard.
•          Drive improvements in plant availability and performance, including costs, by the implementation of operational with best practices.
•        Establish and manage Cable Corps Supply base to ensure the best suppliers are selected to support all development, prototyping and production activity
•        Lead all RFP/RFQ activities for your respective area and clearly communicate Cable corps mission, values, and expectations
•        Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate all aspects of the quotation to drive down the total cost of ownership and ensure world class pricing

What you should have

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience sourcing wire harnesses including low voltage and high voltage wiring harnesses, flexible busbars, cable, connectors, back shells, and other specialty harness assemblies
• Experience reading technical drawings, data sheets, fab drawing, BOMs and all related harness files
• Experience working in Aerospace Wiring Harnesses Industry

More details:

Candidates will be on the payroll of company and this is a full time position

3-5 yrs of experience.

Male / Female : ready to work in Abu Dhabi

Reporting to CEO / Owner

2 weeks accommodation will be provided initially and later you need to accommodate
