As a part of Hectronic India's continuous development and growth strategy, we are looking to recruit Business Development Manager for Indonesia Location.

The candidate should have experience in Business Development Operations.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Indonesia

JOB Deliverables:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs by following Hectronic sales process on value selling.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into asset for the company.
• Co-ordinate for the project operations
• To closely work with the reporting manager for the above activities
• Steering complete gamut of business development operations across assigned State/Regions including Network Development, Channel Partner selection/appointing, Marketing activities, CRM and new business opportunities
• Looking after financial viability of projects and preparing quotations for customer

Qualification

MBA / Engineering Degree

• Experience of 3-5 years in Oil & Gas industry

Profile / Personality

• Technical Knowledge and presentability
• Should be a quick learner, self-starter, self-motivated and result oriented with clear bias for action.
• Should possess good communication skills in Hindi and English, Written and Verbal

• Extensive travelling will be a part of Job
