Villa Service Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• To ensure that Serviced Residence guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
• Update and maintain guests profiles and accurate guest history records, including the recording of guest information received from other hotels or departments and guests preferences.
• Liaise closely with Housekeeping Team to ensure special guest needs, amenities and other room related requests are met.
• Should have the ability to supervise Plumber/ Ac- Technician and Electricians and other working staff.
• Should have knowledge regarding the security.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should know building material knowledge.
• Age between 22 to 35 years.
• Should have 03 years experience in the same field.
• Should have the ability to handle multiple villa.

Waitress

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner.
• Ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Standard operating procedure.
• Maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 05 to 06 yrs Previous experience in the same field.
• should have experience in *star hotels, restaurant or resort.
• Good communication skill in English and presentable personality.
• Comfortable with long working hours.
• ONLY MUSLIM & CHRISTIAN CANDIDATE PREFERRED.
• Age below 40 years.
• ONLY SOUTH CANDIDATE PREFERRED

• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Culinary school diploma preferred

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
