Must be Diploma Holder

Must have experience in 5 star hotels, HVAC Maintenance & ETS Rooms, District Cooling operations and chilled water systems. 

Should also have strong expertise of hotel - freezer, fridges, icemakers, fan coil units, chillers etc. 

Must have experience on BMS systems, operations and maintenance of basic electrical systems and controls.

2+ years experience

Multi Technician

Plumbing Technician

Mechanical Technician

Must have min. 3 years experience of inspecting and preventive maintenance of PPR/PVC pipelines and all types of sanitary waters (Washbasin/ WC/ Showers/ Taps/ Drains)

Also experience & maintenance of building water distribution of filtration system Cold/Hot water systems and pumps.

Strong expertise of chemical applications and dosing systems, monitoring & recording chemical parameters (CL/PH/Hardness/TDS).

Junior Maintenance Technician

Diploma holder

Min.2 years experience in 5-star hotel or facilities management companies of preventive maintenance.

Final interviews on 15th and 17th February
