Fleet Manager 



We are currently looking for Fleet Manager for our Head Quarter in Africa, who will be responsible for managing & to achieve set targets and objectives for the group Fleet Management.


JD - He will handle: - 1. Vehicles Maintenance, 2. Vehicle monitoring and allocation, 3. People management.


Our Requirement: -


1. Technical or Functional Competencies: -


Good understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed.

  • Must have good knowledge and qualification to run a simple mechanic workshop
  • Expert knowledge of best driving, delivery, vehicle maintenance and other industry practices
  • Familiarity with transportation scheduling and management software.
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

2. Managerial Competencies: -

Base Location - Accra, Ghana

Reporting to (Title) - Administration Manager

Age & Sex - 35 - 40, Male

Nationality - Open for Any Nationals

Visa Status - Individual

Experience - 10 - 12 years relevant experience in fleet Management

Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate

Compensation - Offshore Savings $1200 to $1500 per month based on the experience plus Expats benefits






Sales and Marketing Manager - Packaging





We are currently looking for Sales and Marketing Manager - Flexibles Packaging & Offset Printing (Any Packaging Industry) for West African Francophone nations, who will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the Offset Printing and Packaging Business of Poly Products Ltd in domestic and export markets to achieve sales objectives

JD - He will handle: - 1. Business development, 2. Sales and Collection, 3. Operations, 4. People Management, 5. Marketing Research


Our Requirement: -


1. The Job purpose of the direct Reportees is to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve the overall Sales targets as per the agrees Budget.

2.Technical or Functional Competencies: -


Good understanding of the printing landscape and other external/open markets

  • Good knowledge of processing mono cartons/self-adhesive labels, leaflets and magazines/books printing etc
  • Good Knowledge of Flexible packaging
  • Excellent Technical knowledge of various laminate substrates and their suitability in various product applications
  • Should be fluent in French language (speak, read and write)
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management.

Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA, Marketing or similar professional qualification

Compensation Off-shore saving $1500 to $2000 per month plus Expats benefits







Sales Head






1. Develops the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals

2. Plans the Range Selling

3. Ensures collections are as per the sales value Increases customer base - adding new customers

4. Market development ( width & depth of distribution) Monitors & drives sales on a regular basis

5. Motivates & drives sales team for Sales target achievement - Top Line

6. Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential dealers base

7. Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers and communicates those internally to the functions Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market Confers with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.

8. Liaises with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

9. Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems Control expenses, maintain finished goods inventory control and monitor budgets.

10.Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work.

11. Delegates responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel Identifies training and developmental priorities for the department to ensure that all employees possess the requisite skills and knowledge to successfully perform their roles and responsibilities.

12. Coaches and mentor employees as appropriate to improve individual performance and develop a motivated and high performance team.



Desired Candidate Profile



Min 12 - 15years experience out of which at least 8 years in similar position as GM Sales and Marketing of 2 and 3 wheeler with an organization/ s of repute.
