Key Accountabilities
- Digital Cluster Manager will be leading the digital operations for the cluster/ geography in question.
- Be responsible for driving two pillars Dufrys regional ecommerce and loyalty program, through the screening of digital profiles in the hiring processes, the analysis of the performance of digital operations, the coordination of resources, and managing the engagements with local agencies.
- Work closely with the global Ecommerce and Loyalty Specialists to adjust the global strategy to his/ her cluster/ geography and implement a local strategy. In order to excel at this position a deep understanding for the digital local market is required to develop partnerships with local stakeholders.
- Lead, manage and execute cross-functional projects (programs), involving different Product Teams (eCommerce and loyalty)
- Lead the planning and preparation of the roll-out of programs in a specific location, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
- Lead various local product initiatives related to digital marketing, eCommerce operations and the loyalty program while delivering other cross-functional projects and ensure coordination across Product Areas (where necessary)
- Analyze the digital operations performance and plan future steps accordingly
- Develop and manage the hiring process for digital profiles at local level
- Continuously improve the cooperation between the local product teams with other stakeholders at the Group and in the Digital Unit and IT organization

- Be responsible for the creation/curation of engaging local content, the identification and negotiation of relevant local partnerships and services for RED members, and the coordination of loyalty recruitment campaigns at cluster level.
- Work closely with the Country Digital Manager and Global CRM & Loyalty teams to develop strategies that will contribute to generate traffic and engagement in a specific location.
- Tailor strategic partnership opportunities across several verticals and sectors in a specific geography to improve the loyalty program value proposition for customers and enhance their experience.
- Create/curate engaging local content for the loyalty program.
- Coordinate loyalty members recruitment campaigns at cluster level.
- Create regular analysis of hotel, airline, car rentals and other loyalty programs including partner strategies to understand regional market and consumer needs.
