- Candidates should have Fluent in English
- Proven Personal Assistant (Male) experience or at a minimum General Manager
- Excellent Verbal, written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails and preparing communications on the President's behalf
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Advanced skills in microsoft powerpoint, excel , word , google calendar and internet searching
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organized, presentable and detail oriented
- Proven ability to arrange appointments, travel and meetings effectively within strict time deadlines
- Ability to remain proactive and flexible at all times
- Managing the President's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Organizing meetings, including sending reminders
- Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
- Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration or a relevant university degree
