Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way;
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices;
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization;
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing;
- Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and monthly goals;
- Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values;
- Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Requirements:
- Degree: BBA / MBA;
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar position;
- Experience in management may be advantageous;
- Knowledge of Companies Chart and Job descriptions;
- Knowledge of SOP (standard operating procedures);
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing;
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures;
- Willing to travel and work overseas in an extremely innovative group of companies’ in South America
