Purpose:
To provide support of Company’s Customs activities in both Pre &
Post Customs clearance stages, to maintain efficiency, effectiveness,
communications, problem resolution and coordination and to maintain a
high level of performance and support for operations and other user
groups.
Qualifications & Experience:
Higher level education with a previous working experience in industrial
customs related positions (oil & gas preferred). Detailed knowledge
of customs procedures and processes desirable.

Department: Integrated Commissioning & Acceptance Team
Location: AT
Work pattern: 5/2
Duration: 6 months
Required Start Date: ASAP

No. of Staff to be recruited: 1
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / qualification in Technical/Commercial discipline
1-3 years experience in a similar position preferably in an Oil and Gas Industry to have included:
knowledge and experience of Supply Chain Management
knowledge and experience of VOWD process
knowledge of budget preparation, monitoring and reporting
experience and knowledge of all aspects of cost control
experience in appropriate cost control and planning software
commercial and contracts management experience
experience with SAP system an advantage.
Knowledge of local rules and regulations related to cost control activities
Fluent written and spoken English
