Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.

The candidate should have good experience in successfully managing the service centre with at least 3-5 years experience in successfully handling large Service Centre (preferably HP) with a large Technical Support Team as a profit Centre.

The right candidate is expected to handle the Companys hardware customer support activities, HP service centre and managing the pool of support engineers.

The candidate will be responsible to manage successfully and efficiently the hardware support contracts and support SLA s of the company with various customers.

Customer support activities will include onsite and carry in customers Support to various Enterprise/Government & SMB customers meeting their SLAs.

Customer Support activities will include managing the support team consisting of engineers supporting Enterprise level HP Servers, Storage, Network, Desktops Laptops, Plotters, Printers & scanners. The complete Hp portfolio of ESSN, PSG & IPG.

Service/Support Managers working with IT Service provider organization as well as Premier HP Business Partner and handling HP support centre preferred.

Should present the customer call related reports with Management regarding the HP service centre and HP Support centre activities.

Should prepare training plans for the engineers, ensure good service revenues ,manage budgets, ensure meeting SLAs, Customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and experience of ITIL/ITSM preferred.
