Telephone Operator
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs.

Interrupt busy lines if an emergency warrants.
Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges
Set up conference calls in different locations and time zones
Record messages to be used on telephone systems.
- Good Communication Skill
- English Must
- Only Female Candidate are required

- Must have Hotel Experience (4 Star or 5 Star)
Guest Relation Officer
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs.

- Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
- Schedule activities for guests
- Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
- Trace relevant statistics about clientele
- Greet Guests upon arrival

- Good Communication Skill
- English is a Must . Arabic & Other Languages will be an asset
