Due to recent awards they urgently require Project Controls Manager with 10 years plus relevant experience. Job description
The responsibilities of Project Controls Manager will include but are not limited to the following,
Manages, supervises and is responsible for all Project Controls activities on medium to large EPC projects. This may include other functions like Material Control, Estimating and Project Accounting.
Involved in improving project controls techniques and perform departmental administrative activities.
Can supervise one or more projects independently with respect to Project Controls.
Is fully responsible for independently applying Project Controls techniques and analysis to a project.
Applies sound knowledge of Project Controls principles.
Can handle any size EPC project independently.
Leads the Planning & Scheduling and Cost Control leads as well as Project Accounting on a project.
Guides and coaches less experienced experience Project Controls personnel, is a mentor, a coach and a trainer.
actively manages his team(s) to contribute to a safe working environment. Can replace the Department Manager Project Controls if needed.
Requirement
Education: Advanced Technical Education (B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent) or matching work experience.
Years of Experience: 20-40
Qualifications: Required Site Certifications / Training, Basic Cost Control Course (AACE or local equivalent).
