Requirements:
Higher education
Experience in personnel recruitment not less than 1 year preferably at foreign companies
Knowledge of recruitment technology and different tools
English - intermediate level, Kazakh will be a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills: communicative, result oriented, flexible, team player

Duties:
Search and recruiting of personnel from specialist to middle and top management team
Work with recruitment agencies
Workflow management
Participation in different HR projects
