Responsibilities:
Organize the timely resolution of all helpdesk queries, problems and complaints in order to ensure end user satisfaction
Troubleshooting for the stores and office.
Data Exchange with the brand partners
Office IT support
1C 8.1. and Infinity program support
Installation of the IT and cash equipment in the stores
Requirements:
General:
University degree with specialization in IT field,
Relevant experience as a system administrator within retail or FMCG companies not less than 2 years.
IT skills:
Network, WIFI, Office programs, Windows (Server, XP, 7, 2008)
Oracle, SQL
1C 8.1
Language skills:
English as a must (upper-intermediate level)
Interpersonal skills:
responsible, learning on the fly, punctual, resistance to the stress
Conditions:
5 days per week
