Our client - A LEADING COMPANY INTO OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN QATAR. They have opening for the below personnel for their ongoing requirement.
Asset Maintenance Planner
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Maintenance Planning of Oil and Gas Industries in SAP- PM, MM modules, MS Project & Primavera.
Knowledge of Notification Minimum Data Input standards
Knowledge of Risk Based Work Screening Procedure
Knowledge in Problem Analysis Tools, e.g., Root Cause Analysis, 5 whys etc;
Able to read and interpret Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P and I Diagrams) and other related Technical documentation for Process Industries
Site Familiarity and exposure to Process Units
Ability to interpret Technical Reports and translate it into detailed tasks with proper sequence
Knowledge of other Maintenance disciplines and craft. SAP PM module.
Knowledge of Potential Problem Analysis/Contingency Planning
Ability to create and use Work Packs for complex maintenance work;
Knowledge in Cost Estimation, Job / Work duration estimation and maintenance quality standards
Knowledge of Facility Integrity Management System/Exception/Exclusion Procedures.
1. Degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline area is preferred from an accredited institution.
2. Must possess a strong safety culture.
3. Must possess team work capabilities having worked in multinational and multicultural environments.
4. Must be proficient in English language (verbal & written).
5. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
6. Computer literate -MS Office , SAP (PM & MM ) MS Project, Primavera-P6.

System Planner
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs. | Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A
Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Planning for Oil and Gas Industries, related equipment and spare parts using CMMS experience.
Preferable to have knowledge in SAP function and the relation between its various modules and ability to capture accurate and meaningful data in SAP for further analysis of Planning and Scheduling activities and especially Resource/Logistics estimation for Maintenance works (Preventive Maintenance).
Must be able to extract data and perform preliminary analysis from the CMMS system.
Must have experience in collecting asset data in an operating environment.
Must have experience in Planning, Able to retrieve and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Preferable have experience in developing scopes/work packs for Maintenance tasks.
Have experience in providing support in scheduling short/long term maintenance activities.
Participate in team meetings for the purpose of gathering / providing status of key deliverable
