A large, well establish Australian Medical Company is looking for a Senior In-Circuit Testing Engineer/Manager to join their division in Sydney, Australia.
In-Circuit Test is a technique for production testing standalone fully assembled printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). PCBAs are placed on a test fixture incorporating spring probes to make electrical contact with most of the electrical nets via dedicated test lands enabling individual testing of all the discrete components.

Your role:
- Manage the In Circuit Test capability, development and deployment to meet the company's Global manufacturing needs
- Develop and Modify test specifications in collaboration with Product Development, Test Engineering and various global PCBA suppliers.
- Keep up to date with Global best practice in PCBA test
- Manage the In Circuit Test requirements generation and challenge In Circuit Test providers output to ensure compliance
- Implement and manage remote monitoring of supplier test statistics, such as test time and first pass yield, to ensure ongoing testing is performed faithfully according to the requirements and that first pass yields are reported accurately
- Capacity: assisting with monitoring of supplier capacity (including tooling capacity where applicable.

The right candidate for the role would be one with:
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience working in In-Circuit Testing and hands on testing experience.
- Strong experience managing In Circuit Test Capabilities
- Good knowledge and experience in Circuit Analysis
- Strong project management experience managing vendors and other In Circuit Test capabilities.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytic skills
- Use of document management system(s)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
