Make failure analysis & put the suitable countermeasures.
Prepare technical reports & submit to Maintenance Head.
Prepare spare parts budget and follow up providing the needed Electrical spare parts.
Upgrade Electrical equipments to achieve better performance
Manage internal affairs for Steel Plant Electrical section.
Coordinate between Steel Plant Operation, Mechanical section & other sections.
Study and prepare technical reports and modification proposals to avoid troubles repeating
Candidate should have Experience with Hardware Siemens Semitic S7-PLC and software.
Experience with Field sensor of Steel plant
Experience with Medium voltage Furnace transformer, furnace switchgears and Low voltage motor control centres
Mechanical Maintenance Manager
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Manages and directs the activities of Mechanical Maintenance with respect to ensure production and process logistics in the plant.
Plans and supervises the achievement of service output, cost, efficiency and job quality targets.
Investigates and monitors performance, analyses shortfall and abnormalities within the maintenance process, implements remedial actions and suggests &Make the technical change where necessary.
