To provide technical programming support to the GOLD application system & Business Objects (BO) reporting system with the objective of ensuring that user requests are serviced on time and that a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times:
1) To provide services in the technical investigation, identification and rectification of data integrity issues arising from application systems including the recovery of data integrated to GOLD & BO such as night batch downloads and POS data upload.
2) To support the technical activities in the implementation of new GOLD & BO functionalities in liaison with the vendor as and when required.

- At least 5 years hands-on experience in technical programming support on the GOLD Central & Shop Retail system.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in Unix administration including Shell scripting and User Profile Security management.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in Oracle programming with skills in Oracle Forms & SQL.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehousing, preferably in Business Objects.
- Experience in installation of application systems and program patches for retail systems, preferably GOLD, SAP or Oracle Retail
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in Unix administration including Shell scripting and User Profile Security management.
