- Render assistance to the Safety Manager for formulating Health, Safety and Environment plan in line with the policy of company.
Formulate new safety measures in consultation with the Safety Manager..
Conducting emergency mock drills to all employees to combat any crisis in case of an emergency.
Carryout investigation of safety accident / incident or near miss and render report, whenever required.
Conducting safety training like Induction Training, Entry into Confined Space, Scaffolding Appreciation, Basic Fire Extinguisher, Incident Investigation & Reporting, Permit to Work System, Job Hazard Analysis / HEMP, Supervising Safety and STOP training etc.
Liaise with the Consultant / Client and other connected agencies for safety matters under guidance of Safety manager..
Implementation of HSE Policy / Plans in the projects.
Carryout inspection and conducting audits.
Responsible for safe running of vehicles.
Conducting HSE meetings.
Preparation of HSE Plans and their implementation
Preparation of major traffic diversion plans
