To perform secretarial duties in support of the Resident Engineer and other Site Staff.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Type letters, memos, minutes of meetings and other site correspondence and documents and distribute to relevant parties.
    - Log incoming and outgoing correspondence and update the RE on all outstanding issues.
    - Update and maintain computer logs of all contract documentation.
    - File and archive correspondence, shop drawings, contract documents, etc.
    - Photocopy various documents and distribute to relevant parties.
    - Send faxes and perform telephone operating duties.
    - Perform any other administrative duties associated with the smooth functioning of the site office.
    - Take and transcribe dictation.
      Qualification/Experience:
      - Certificate in Secretarial
      - Must have experience in site
      - Minimum of 5 years office administration experience
      - Computer literate
      - Good command of English.
