Key Responsibilities:
The position require superior customer service through efficient processing of customer orders, provide information to customers & resolve issues with customers for the effective and efficient execution of the distributor strategies to support filed sales in selling volume, achieving RPS distribution/ merchandising/ pricing and also deliver cost efficiencies through streamlined logistics processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring monthly crew relief requirements of all vessels and planning the crew change.
* Shortlisting the C.V's for Crew requirements and proposing to the Operations and Technical Departments for interviews.
* Follow up with all the Crew on leave for their readiness for joining the vessel.
* Making travel arrangement of marine staff for joining the vessel or after Sign off from vessel.
* Arranging Hotel accommodation of marine staff before joining the vessel or after Sign off from vessel.
* Booking local training courses as required for all the crew as per Charter requirements.
* Submitting crew list to operational department/Charterer for obtaining fresh/extension of Ministry of Defence Clearance (MOD) and Naval Security Clearance (NSC).
* Preparing documents for ONGC Pass of spot charterer vessels and after submitting the same to charterer, follow-up with our charterer until the pass is issued/renewed/cancelled.
* Preparing documents for ONGC Pass (New/Renewal/Cancellation) and after submitting the same to agent, follow-up with them until the pass is issued/renewed/cancelled.
Experience:
3+ Years of Hands on Experience in logistics & SCM and warehouse management and managing it within norms.
Competency Skills :
He should be a self motivated individual and poses excellent people management skills and exhibit Leadership Qualities.

Knowledge of all Statutory requirements with respect to Customs, Excise, Import & Export procedures would be of added advantage
The incumbent should poses 3+ Years of Hands on Experience in logistic for Port.
