•Sales Team Management - Educate, motivate and monitor the sales promoter. Convey all company directives, objectives and philosophies. Work with the sales force during promotion, makeovers, training sessions, Educate them on the selling points of products, and how to most effectively merchandise the products. Train them on application of Makeup and customer service

• Office Responsibilities – Time spent in front of the decision makers developing strong partnerships. Be able to assess market conditions and identify areas of improvement. Utilize internal sales data vs. cost factor for brand and store performance. Present store, brand advantages, competitive weaknesses and schematic suggestions. Develop sales and marketing plans highlighting priority while working within the allotted budget. Instill confidence utilizing integrity, and a strong level of commitment. 


• Brand Awareness – Understand the philosophy and objectives within a dynamic environment. Know priority SKUs, selling points, competitive advantages, merchandising standards, what tools are available to help sell the products and the processes that are involved to implement these tools. 
• Data Analysis –• Forecasting - Utilizing information from data analysis, coupled with information on the brands, promotions, budgets and objectives, assist HOD to develop forecasts by item/by account/by month. 


• Budget Management – Understand what budgetary goals of company are and work within allotted scope with regard to spending, slotting, etc. when developing sales programs to drive incremental volume. Must monitor business conditions and be able to keep expenditures in line up with volume. 
• Other General Duties – To undertake any other duties as may be determined by the HOD, which are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post.


This position requires the incumbent with strong leadership and communication skills. They must be great sales people and should be able to speak with authority and responsibility. In addition to the type B personality traits, a Retail Operations Manager must also be great at multitasking and organizing the various aspects of a retail outlet. 

Incumbent with degree in Retail Management along with 8-10 years’ experience in cosmetic, perfume, skin care product are only be consider for this position
Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet) 


Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company 
Must be willing and able to travel extensively –UAE.
