1) Responsible for tracking SLA for all incidents, problems and bug fixing in REMEDY tool 
2) Monitor application performance using customer tools 
3) Create weekly report on SLA and application monitoring

Mandatory Skills-   Operational Support, Analysis and Reporting, Database concepts, Incident Management
Secondary Skills - .NET, Airbus GPP, Perl
Willing to join on a permanent role and having a current valid work visa
Support Engineers from aerospace background are preferred

Experience: 5 - 7 Years
