    Candidate will be responsible to set up chain of restaurant / food outlet across Nairobi, Kenya.

    Candidate will be responsible for locating and contracting locations.

    Work with project managers to develop and install facility.

    Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

    Design menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.

    Manages F&B budgets and Food costs.

    Hires, schedules, supervises, trains and coordinates the work of staff personnel.
    Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience as F&B Operations Manager with hotel / restaurant.

    Should have good experience on Menu Design, Food Costing & managing the kitchen staff.

    Experience in setting up new restaurants or Food outlets will be preferred.

    Must be ready to relocate to Kenya.
