    To meet expanding business demand, the Group invites for applications for the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The following business expertise & aptitude are required for this position:

    Analyze the organizational effectiveness of 183 years heritage Group of Companies and take ownership for necessary restructuring of the organization focusing on building high performance culture across the organization.
    Prepare HR strategy aligned with the Organizations Business and functional strategy so that desired results to be ensured.
    Prepare a strategic manpower planning aligned with organizations strategic objectives to achieve the desired result.
    Develop and implement organization Policies and procedures or SOPs complying with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
    Create a healthy corporate environment which attracts new talent and drives them for high level of engagement to the organization.
    Lead to develop an effective talent management strategy through a transparent talent acquisition process; identify development needs; design and implement an effective development plan to take over upcoming challenges.
    Play leading role to establish HR Automation system within the diversified business group ensuring all HR processes and functions are incorporated in a user friendly manner.
    Own and lead performance management system by improving matrices on KRA & KPI for the organization.
    Develop succession and career plan strategies and create the leadership pipeline especially for identified pivotal roles.
    Develop and design a competitive pay structure for the Group through formal job evaluation and market survey to ensure high level of motivation among entire workforce.
    Total exp 10+ years.
    Must have lead big organisations (not less than 5000 ppl).
    As HR Head for 2-3 years.
    Experience on Transforming / Restructure, Training, KPI, Motivation, Policy Making, KRA Setting, Trimming Organisation.
