      * Should have experience with Star Hotels.
      * Responsible for all food & beverage production of Hotel's outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise staff. Develop and monitor food cost & operating cost in a specific allotted budget.
      * Should be taking care and handling, Jr. Cooks.
      * The Food Served is Fresh, authentic, with full of flavor, in style with presentation.
      * Should have good experience in handling kitchen equipment's.
      * Follow good hygienic policy.
