  • Project Marketing: 
    • Create a data base of the architects, contractors, plumbing contractors, property developers. Visit architect institutes, QS institutes for data. Technical presentation to such organisations and develop network.
    • Complete mapping of projects going around in Accra
    • Information collection from various sources for identifying new projects networking with Architects, contractors, plumbing contractors, Govt Tenders /Large Pvt. Tenders and projects information received from the distributor
    • Technical Presentation to the all or the key decision makers in the identified projects- like Architect, Contractor or Client;
    • Understanding the specific need and suggest products accordingly
    • Submission of Quotation
    • Arranging Sample board at Site / for mock up rooms
    • Information collection of competitors quotes, products suggested and sharing of the information with immediate superior

  • Retail development: 
    • Area mapping identify dealers in the target areas
    • Counter potential mapping, like, products sold, brands sold, turnover, Shop Area, display area available price points
    • Ensure proper display of products with the dealers, Providing enough branding materials, catalogues etc for maximum visibility of the brand and ensure MSL

  • Market Intelligence reports: 
    • Obtain periodic information on the competitors activities
    • Quarterly review of competitors prices information collected from common dealers
    • Review of New Sales policy announced by the competitors if there is a major change in the incentive, discounts or credit policy
    • Quarterly review of Promotional activity like new outdoor campaign or media activity
    • Any in-store activity like free gift scheme
    • Periodic review of new product launch; design modification
    • Changes in the warranty terms
    • Entrance of any new company / brand.
    • USPs highlighted by the competitors
    • Sending information on all projects secured by the competitor and reason for the same for proper analysis.
    • Daily 40 sales calls
    • Prepare weekly reports and send them as per the specific dates/day

  • Soft Skills: Computer savy with good communication in English 

    Salary : 1500 to 2500 USD Per month Paid Quaterly + Furnished Shared Accommodation + Transport + Medical + 1 Month paid leave annualy
