JOB DESCRIPTION:
-To ensure work is completed timeously
-To oversee that the correct tools (hand and power) are used and personal protective equipment is worn on site at all times
-To plan resources daily, both human and materials
-To provide instructions to the tradesmen and labour on what they are expected to complete each day
-To oversee production and monitor progress, highlighting any areas of concern
-Prepare the site and install plumbing systems as per the site drawings ensuring pipework is marked up as required, plumbing systems to include hot water, cold water, rain water, waste water and drain water
-Act in accordance to the MEP rules and procedures
-Interact with team members, encouraging them to work together as a team
-Ensure correct tools, equipment and labour are available to complete MEP works

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-To oversee that the correct tools (Hand and Power), Personal Protective Equipment & Base Consumables are utilised in the correct method on site at all times by the relevant Labour.
-To provide instructions to the Tradesmen and Labour on what they are expected to complete each day and monitor their progress..

-Carry out Daily Time & Motion Reports to suit the site requirements.

-Issue a Constraints Schedule indicating Delays to Works, Damage to Works and Material Delivery/Procurement problems on a daily basis.

Foreman (Electrical)
- Candidate should have 2-3 years GCC experience. 2 years experience as an electrical charge hand.
- Act in accordance to the MEP rules and procedures. Prepare the site and install Electrical systems as per the site drawings ensuring Installation is marked up as required, Electrical systems to include Containment, Wiring & Cabling, Wiring Devices, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, Lightning Protection & Testing Equipment.
- Ensure correct tools, equipment and labour are available to complete MEP works . Issue a Constraints Schedule indicating Delays to Works, Damage to Works and Material Delivery/Procurement problems on a daily basis.
Foreman (HVAC)
- To oversee that the correct tools (Hand and Power), Personal Protective Equipment & Base Consumables are utilised in the correct method on site at all times by the relevant Labour.
- To provide instructions to the Tradesmen and Labour on what they are expected to complete each day and monitor their progress. Prepare the site and install HVAC systems as per the site drawings ensuring Installation is marked up as required including the following installation and operation of Ducting & Accessories, Air Handling Plant, Exhaust Fans, Chilled Water Piping, Pumps, Dx Plant & Equipment, Diffusion Equipment, Testing Equipment and any other associated plant/equipment.
- Utilise the base Look Ahead schedule to determine Tool, Manpower & Material Management. Ensure correct tools, equipment and labour are available to complete MEP works.ssue a Constraints Schedule indicating Delays to Works, Damage to Works and Material Delivery/Procurement problems on a daily basis.
