This is regarding an opportunuty with one of our client in Kuwait for the position of Oracle HR Consultant with the below details ;

• Roles & Responsibilities : 
1. At least 2 years relevant Oracle e-Business Suite R12 ( HRMS, Payroll & TM ) / Oracle Fusion Global HCM Payroll ( with Kuwait Localization ) Techno / Functional experience 
2. Experience working in Implementation Projects across the fusion Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Self Service HR Offerings 
3. Should have worked on Fusion HCM Release 9 and above 
4. Must possess hands on experience on at least one of the Fusion HCM Offerings 
5. Should have completed at least one full life cycle Implementation of Fusion HCM 
6. Very good understanding on delivered Integration using FBL 
7. The successful candidates will encompass an in-depth understanding of HR Business processes.  
8. Must perform Functional setups and configuration of Fusion HCM using Functional setup manager for at least one client. 


1. In depth understanding of security process Fusion HCM 
2. Expert knowledge of Personalization, Integration ( TM Connect ), Report Building using TM Analytics, OTBI, BIP, BI Apps and OBIEE 
3. Should have completed at least one full life cycle Implementation of TM SaaS ( Expertise in Goal Management, Performance Management and Employee career Development etc) 
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
5. Ability to manage other Techno-functional Contractors and perform quality review of their work output 


 Following additional skills are preferred :

• Fit gap analysis 
• Solution Design 
• Presentation Skills 


Certification : Preferably possess relevant Oracle Certification(S) in Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS Release 6 or Above
