    Case Studies : to generate elaborated technical study for critical & early warning complaints developing in both 3wh & 2wh
    -Build good Repo with Fleet Owners & Associations ( Rider & Mechanic Associations )
    -Accomplish Organizational goals & Initiatives within timelines with Accuracy 
    -MIS : Shall maintain MIS, Analyze Data, Identify & Initiate corrective actions swiftly to meet Organizational Goals
    -Analyze each case & take Warranty decisions, Generate FFRs / EFRs, IRU & Warranty claims and maintain Warranty data & Material for Audit as per SOP
    -Focused Approach on Customer Satisfaction, Customer complaint resolution lead time, Fix - It - Right in first Attempt
    -Team retention, ensure Harmonious & Productive work environment

          Responsibilites
          1. Good knowledge and exposure in handling Spares of Automobiles preferred
          2. Manage, supervise and participate in warehouse operations and monitor the goods transit as per process.
          3. Process Owner for defining SOPs, Team KPIs, and Control systems. 
          4. Overseeing the store management and maintaining reduced inventory levels. 
          5. Accurate Stock levels (System Vs Physical) and maintain zero Stock variance. 
          6. Taking ownership for Preparation and Checking of documents and authorizing it for thoroughness and completeness done by the Executives

          7. Taking periodic inventories and participating in monthly inventory program.
          8. Liaising with Govt Bodies and Senior Management team, maintaining rapport with customers, suppliers and transport companies by ensuring process adhered as per policy.
          9. Maintaining statistical and financial records of Stocks. 
          10. Ensures Executives do the inward stock count and arrange in proper Stacking, responsible for the inwards stock checking, de-tagging and dispatching
          11. Ensures Executives monitor loading and unloading of materials. Making stock transfer entries.
