Mechanical experience is essential

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Survey and review all recommended spare parts lists to all plant equipments, this includes and not limited to all rotating and static equipments, mechanical, electrical and instrument spare parts.
Able to work and establish machinery spare parts interchangeability record, classification and standardization.
Review the refinery catalogue dossier and segregate the documents like machinery technical manuals, P& ID, Datasheet, specification sheet, Layout Drawing, Engineering document, for CMMS document master and linking the document to corresponding tag.
Should perform ware house stocked spares analysis.
Fixing Minimum and maximum levels and reorder quantities as per yearly consumption.
Technical evaluations of new procurement offer related materials specifications and machinery spare parts.
Act as focal point for materials and spare parts in the refinery.
Review all materials and Requested Spare Parts List the projects.
Complies relevant information to update buying description, creates cataloguing with Materials Codification, updates as required, Materials Standardizations and ensure materials data is correctly processed in companys Purchasing, Maintenance and Materials Management System (SAP). Maximo IDS (Inventory Data Sharing) System.
Inspect Spare parts and all project materials upon delivery at site. Running MRP and create Purchase request, RFQ, Technical Evaluation and PO placements.
Receive the SPIR(Spare pasts list and interchangeability record) from EPC contactors for plant Spares Commissioning & 2-Years operations requirements, Pipe and Pipe Fittings.
Check & Verify the Backup Documents for Respected SPIR parts and Pipes.
Collect the Missing information from Vendors (OEM & OPM).
Recommended the Spare Parts and Pipes purchasing for Plant Operation.
Reviews & Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for all new project materials functional Location.
Continuous review of materials inventory to improve Classifications, interchangeability, generalization and standardization.
- Control the huge budget by recommend the minimum order quantity.
Reviewed SPIR / Piping Materials quotes and the Material Catalogue to forward for procurement action after proper management (Operations & Maintenance) approval.
Allocates and recommends changes to catalogues to eliminate conflicting catalogue items and ensures correct interface range of items with SAP.
Materials Cataloguing, SCAD (Stock Code Creation, Amendment & Deletion) in SPARES Database.
Transformation of Materials Data from SPIR into SAP Materials Master.
Inspects physically all new Project spares and Piping materials to ensure compliance with purchase order specification.
Technically clarify with suppliers by OSDN (Overage, Shortage, Damage and Non-Confirmation) report until its clear.
- Maintain the SAP Material Master and SAP-SRM Vendor Master
Material Master Replication Program , Material listing and critical Material Reports
Inventory Control, Reconciliations, Stock Analysis. ROP adjustments. MRP running, Create PR
Sending RFQ to various sources and Technical Review for the Quotes and PO placements.
Coordinate and monitor Warehouse, Pipe Laydown area. Pipe Fitting & Valve yards and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of requested Materials (Spare Parts and Pipes).
