Scaffolding Supervisor
POSITION PURPOSE :
- Supervise Scaffolding activities pertaining to all projects.
- Assist Estimation department during Bidding Phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote HSE initiatives during the construction phase to keep people mobilized and safety-minded (e.g. weekly site walk, anomaly system, HSE challenges, etc.)
- Ensure that the work is performed safely in compliance with our client's HSE standards/requirements and objectives.
- Supervise all Scaffolding & Access related activities in Yard.
- Coordinate with production internal departments to ensure scaffolding work as per priorities & avoid rework/replication of scaffolding.
- Prepare & Monitor resource planning (Equipment, Consumables & Manpower) for Scaffolding & access related in Yard with respect to all projects.
- Plan & Monitor scaffolding material inventory.
- Troubleshoot technical problems that may affect the construction and liaise with the construction/engineering team for the resolution by providing scaffolding and temporary works design schemes.
- Anticipate; propose solutions in order to scaffolding & access for construction activities.
- Analyzing integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures.
- Assist estimation by resolving their queries during the bidding phase.
- To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management+

Employee Duties & Responsibilities
1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in melting, and spinning slag flux into mineral wool for use in forming granulated wool, batts, and felts.
2) Repairs and adjusts malfunctioning machines equipment, using handtools.
3) Performs other duties as described under Supervisor any industry Master Title..
Abilities
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Manage own time and the time of others.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
