PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Ensure our quality manual is up to date and followed.

2. Continuously improve our quality manual including ISO 9001 updates, benchmarking, customer needs, and operational strategies.

3. Deliver operational projects that support safe efficient operations.

4. Support the Operations lean production journey.

5. Evaluate process efficiency, identify process problems and recommend solutions

6. Drive the generation of improvement and cost-saving ideas, and trend and quantify value generated by projects to track against targets and ensure timely completion

7. Direct the preparation of CEAs (Capital Expenditure Authorisation) to replace existing equipment or purchase additional equipment

8. Provide high-level guidance to the Mining Team in achieving goals by obtaining feedback from internal/external customers and suppliers to improve performance.



SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Must have experience as a certified ISO 9001 lead auditor

2. Utilizes various reports such as End of Line Summary report and TSM (Total Safety Management) error reports to provide the management team with information regarding the verification of accuracy in various operation of mining site

3. Control, organize and maintain ISO procedures including training logs for facility

4. Control, organize and maintain customer complaint logs

5. Prepares regular/quarterly reports on various audits & assessments

6. Manages ISO 9001 certification

7. Organizes and chairs meetings such as Management Review meeting and Steering Committee meeting prior to ISO audit

8. Administrator of Mining operation NCR (Non Conformances, Deficiencies) reports

9. Assists in the development and analysis of statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product



REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:



1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another related field

2. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

3. Experience in project leadership, project management, change management, and cross-functional team leadership using indirect influence to make change, rather than authority

4. Root Cause Analysis methods

5. Experience with lean production methodology
