- Candidate should be master in preparation and presentations.
- To organize, develop, operate and administer the main kitchen and satellite kitchen producing delectable food at a pre-determined cost and strictly in time for service.
- Candidates should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience from 4-5 star hotel only
- Responsible for food production in all the kitchens.
- Candidates should have relevant degree. Should be good in western Culinary items.
- Enforce cost control procedures and monitor waste and breakage.
- Menu planning ,menu development ,cost effective, budgeting.

Diploma - Hotel Management, B.Sc - Hospitality and Hotel Management, BHM - Hotel Management.
Good In Communication and Cuisine Knowledge.
