12 nos. Restaurant Manager (Saudi Arabia)

The operation of the company is in F&B and we have two restaurants, one is Italian and the other is Seafood. Both of high end in Dhahran and Khobar cities in Saudi Arabia. The opening is for the Seafood restaurant only at this time. We have dealt with your agency before, and we would like to employee the said jobs from India.

The restaurant space is 450 square meters and seating capacity of more than 100 customers. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious of 100 square meter. There is food elevator going to the second floor and customer elevator for second floor. The GM office includes high end servers for POS system, Surveillance Cameras and food costing software.

Hotel Business school graduate
Two years experience in managing restaurants in 4 or 5 stars hotel
overall 8 years of experience in hospitality business
preferably raised in Bangalore or Pune region
Willing to work hard and start a Restoration as the restaurant is new
Age: above 34 years old
Ability of effective managing staff in Kitchen, Dining , Accounting, Purchasing divisions
solid command of English language
Preferred knowing some Arabic, but this requirement will be waived if the candidate is a headhunt
