BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Kazakhstan)

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for sector Enterprise (one of the leading IT brands)

Requirements:
3+ years experience in Sales in IT/Telecom companies working with the Enterprise or Public sector;
Degree in Marketing, Business or Technical related subject;
Government communications and tenders experience, channel development experience; clear understanding of enterprise level business;
Understanding of the sales and delivery process, consultative skills, ability to prioritize tasks, excellent communication and negotiations skills, analytical approach, solid project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform beyond the typical sales role, e.g. breaking the mold in terms of size transaction and complexity of sale;
Excellent communication, negotiation skills;
Proactive, have self control, goals and priorities management;
Fluent in English and Russian;
Ability and willingness to travel in CIS.


Job description:
Key interface and medium between Vendor team and customers in Enterprise sector.
Establishing the resellers network, active sales of company’s products and solutions. Creation and constant update of the end-customers database, organizing demand-generation.
Promote the products and services of the company to the Enterprise sector using all market communication and PR tools available from the company.
Initiate, develop, manage and grow local strategic relationships with key Enterprise Accounts.
Present/ demonstrate compelling solutions to customers.
Execute campaigns around Compliance, new product launch and other initiatives.
Ability to effectively work cross functionally with sales, marketing and compliance teams on coordination, communication and execution of key opportunities.
