Manager /Sr Manager - Business Development/ Sales (Dubai)

Experience: 9 to 14 yrs.

1. Business Development for EPC Substations , Transmission lines.
2. Making techno-commercial proposals, giving presentations.
3. Tender: Techno Commercial bid & Price Bid, Business Development, Bill of material (BOM),Proposals, Implementation, operational plans.
4. Meeting and liasioning with heads of the states & bureaucrats.
5. Meeting government authorities for necessary approval of projects
6. Exploring New markets in West African countries for verticals in Solar Energy, Mining, Healthcare, Agricultural & Water Infrastructure.  



1. Must demonstrate the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf and to develop and maintain relationships.
2. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
3. Strategic thinker and leadership qualities.
4. Good Negotiation Skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Must have International exposure and knowledge about African market
