Contract Administrator (Kazakhstan)

Department: EP Commissioning
Reports to: EP Commissioning Manager

 
Responsibilities:
·          Formal correspondence and contractual filing
·          Contributing to the preparation of the offshore OEM contracts for Vendor Assistance
·          Preparation of Call Off Orders in a timely manner
·          Logistical Arrangements for Vendors visits to Kazakhstan.
·          Supporting negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective services are provided
·          Ensure correct and complete implementation of the IMIS system.
·          Attend meetings with contractors.
·          Ensure all required Insurance Guarantees have been received from Contractor and forwarded to  company Insurance Department for verification and acceptance.
Qualifications & Experience:
 
·         Diploma / Qualification in Technical / Commercial discipline
Experience
·          Knowledge of  local rules and regulations related to contracts management control
·          1-3 years of relevant experience
·          Computer literate in MS Excel and other MS Office packages 
·          Fluent written and spoken English
