BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Central and Middle East Area Manager, the primary accountabilities include:
·         Built a network in Kazaksthan with companies, agencies and all possible future clients;
·         Research on projects in your area;
·         Capacity to comprehend business issues in your geographical area and able to translate those into specific projects with commercial potential;
·         Achieve sales targets defined with his management;
·         Help to conduct competitive analysis;
·         Enhance your personal network to bring added value and new prospect opportunities to our sales;
·         Cold calling and first meeting organization;
·         Presentation to clients and potential customers;
·         Identify the technical and commercial needs of the client;
·         Customize bidding answer;
·         Proposal and costing presentation follow-up;
·         Identify valuable prospect;
·         Support marketing in presentations and brochures definition;

Requirements:

Good command of English;
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, excellent sales skills;
Strong team working skills, high problem solving skills and able to think outside the box and anticipate problems;
 Around 5 years experience in sales;
 Knowledge of the service industry, Oil&Gas world or mining industry;
 Willing to travel for work purposes.
