Country Manager (Kazakhstan)

We are looking Country Manager (world leader in welding and cutting), Almaty

Role Description:

* To manage the Sales activities within a Country.
* To specifically manage the development of key accounts, distributors and Export (if any) within a Country.
* To set the Country performances targets in line with directives from the Regional Sales & Marketing Mgr.
* To ensure that market intelligence is fed up to Region via the SSP and that Regional Business Plans are successfully executed at the Country level.
* To ensure that the Sales resources are utilized effectively

Responsibilities:
* Delivery of a Country business plan aligned to the Regional business plan
* Identification of new market opportunities
* Establish activity plans that includes market/key account and distributor strategy development aligned to the Regional strategies
* Budget and Forecasts - volume and value.
* (Responsible for all kind of customers according to an agreed account plan - to delete).
* Alligning country strategy based on regular updated report on competitor activities
* Responsible for identifying and utilizing technical support.
* Maintenance of local customer data base.
* Technical support to distributors and key accounts
* Responsible on personal development of local staff, incl. identification of training needs based on valid appraisal procedure.

Skills and competencies required:
* Medium to long experience in sales and marketing.
* Good understanding of electronic tools.
* Good command of english written and spoken.
* Ability to manage a salesforce with a reporting span of 4/5.
* Good knowledge of the financial aspect.
* HR motivator and good knowledge of the different market potentials
* Product knowledge in equipment as well as consumables.
